Self-love in 60 seconds…
Step one. Look in the mirror and tell yourself one thing you did well so far today. Ex: You got out of bed on time and got dressed.
Step two. Give yourself a pep-talk moment. Ex: You are killing it at work!
Step three. End it with saying, “I love you”.
