In 60 Seconds: Connect with Yourself

Life is busy and you’re busy. When we are going going going we forget to connect with ourselves. 

Here are 3 (client proof) ways to connect with yourself in 60 seconds:

  1. Place your hand on your heart and take 3 deep breaths.
  2. Connect with the world around around: Put your phone down and observe what’s in front of you.
  3. Appreciate nature. Are you a city person and can’t get out on a hike? Observe the birds flying around you and the fall leaves changing.
