4 Most Common BS (Blind Sides)
1. The BS story – the story you tell yourself can either catapult you into a thriving life or hold you back. It’s that…“Im not good enough, I’m not smart enough, I’m not special enough, I’m not worthy enough for: a relationship, career change, life transition + more. This is when you’ve got to call total BS (blind sides) on yourself.
2. Closed Door Policy – not being open to looking at your blind side. This doesn’t mean you’re sitting around with a shield. Sometimes we are freaking terrified to open our eyes to the truth. Why? Because it would mean change. Is change uncomfortable or what? (Awkwardly nods) But change is what will get you out of your BS and into the life you actually want to live.
3. Dream Crusher – we all have a vision and sometimes our BS is so loud that it tricks us into thinking there’s nothing. That’s when danger AKA our BS comes in swinging. This will stop you from moving forward. It might even make you feel you don’t know where to go in your career, relationship/dating life, life’s purpose + more.
4. Afraid to Dance – your BS is so powerful. It’s not letting your boogie out on the dance floor to your favorite tune, the life you want to create. Over time you start to think those who dance are the lucky ones and you’re made for the sidelines. This side of BS will keep you watching others live their life while you watch yours pass by.
