In 60 Seconds: Up Your Self-Esteem

You’re human. (Stating the obvious, I know!)  Which means we feel and as a result our worth or value gets tarnished. But there is a way to polish it! 

Here are 3 (client proof) ways to Up Your Self-Esteem in 60 seconds:

  1. Say thank you. When someone compliments you just say thank you. Do not follow it up with a justification or explanation.
  2. Write a list of 3 things you did well today. Example: 1. Made my bed 2. Crushed a work presentation. 3. Spent time getting back into dating OR spent quality time with my partner
  3. Look in the mirror and tell yourself a “feel good” affirmation. Example: I’m totally capable of taking on today!
